Using the playground
- FaceSwapper is a free creative tool—stay respectful, lawful, and kind.
- Only upload images you have permission to edit.
- We can remove uploads or block access if content violates these terms.
Your uploads
- You retain full ownership of photos you upload.
- Grant us a temporary license to process assets strictly for generating swaps.
- Photos are deleted from our systems immediately after processing finishes.
Fair play & safety
- Don’t use the tool for harassment, misinformation, or illegal activity.
- We log limited metadata to detect abuse and protect the community.
- Violations may result in immediate suspension without notice.
Disclaimers
- The experience is provided “as is” without warranties.
- Output quality may vary; we don’t guarantee specific results.
- You’re responsible for how you share generated content.

- We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages stemming from use of the site.
